How much does a Cirrus SR22-G5 cost?

This past month there were three non-turbo SR22-G5 listings on Controller. Expect an asking price of about $600,000 for a low-time SR22-G5 with air-conditioning.  See appendix for details.

In 2013, Cirrus rolled-out the SR22-G5 complete with a 200 lb increase in useful load and a new maximum gross weight of 3,600 lbs. The plane has Continental’s new normally aspirated IO-550-N, 310 hp engine with a higher TBO of 2,200 hours.

The G5 has five seats, with flexible 60/40 seating in back, and also comes standard with the new Beringer AERO performance braking system and tubeless tires.

These planes are still close to factory fresh and most include warranties, such as, 2 year maintenance coverage and up to 3 year Spinner to Tail warranty.

Cirrus built about 112 SR22-G5 airplanes in 2013. Controller also listed one 2014 SR22-G5 advertisement but it is omitted from this post.
